Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, conditioned, thoroughly detangled, and blow-dried straight (stretched) free of heavy oils or butters. If you need a shampoo or blow-dry service beforehand, please let us know when requesting your appointment so we can reserve extra time.
We stock standard colors (1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30, and blended tones) of pre-stretched hypoallergenic synthetic braiding hair and premium boho curls. If you have custom colors, ombré tones, or specialized human curls, you are welcome to bring your preferred packs or specify in the notes.
Yes! Knotless braids start with your natural hair at the root and gradually feed in the extension hair. This eliminates the heavy knot at the scalp, drastically reducing scalp tension, eliminating traction bumps, and allowing you to style your hair up on day one without soreness.
With proper maintenance (sleeping in a silk/satin bonnet, moisturizing your scalp with lightweight oil, and avoiding water saturation), small knotless braids last 6 to 8 weeks, medium knotless last 5 to 7 weeks, and boho braids look best refreshed or touched up around 5 to 6 weeks.
